Healthy pelvic floor connection and control can contribute to increased confidence, better orgasm, being continent (not peeing/pooing yourself), and better birth & postpartum experiences.
Yes, men have pelvic floors that need awareness & care as well, but at this time I am only working with women.
Workshops are fun and informative!
They make a great gift for an 18th or 21st birthday, hen do, or as a get together with a group of friends!
Also excellent for peri/menopausal women and people living with endometrioses, pcos, trauma, and other conditions which increase tension in the pelvic floor.
Pelvic Floor education workshops are held both privately and publicly. Please get in touch if you are interested in attending or to organize your own private event.
They run 1 - 3 hours, depending on the occasion.
Consecutive events can be scheduled, going a little deeper each time or focusing on different elements.
Each workshop is tailored to the group, to give participants the information that best serves them.
The standard 1.5 hour first session provides a solid introduction to the physical structure and emotional & lifestyle impacts. They include some light movement and engagement of specific areas to help connect to the space and integrate what has been presented.
Questions and discussion are encouraged.

Anatomy of the core
Breathing for core stability
Find your normal and neutral
Postural cues for healthy pf activation
Simple methods to check your muscular tone and balance
Establish neural pathways to feel what is happening inside you
